      Customer SupportThe Customer Support team works closely with our customers to help resolve technical issues or questions when using AspenTech’s world class software products.

    You will use a combination of product and process industry knowledge to show customers how to apply best practices in their use of AspenTech software — for engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations.

    Your expertise is key to ensuring our customers get the help they need. You will also work closely with teams across AspenTech — from R&D and Quality to Training and Sales.

      Customer TrainingThe Customer Training team works closely with our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to implement best practices for using aspenONE software to optimize their engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations.

    On this team you will use instructional design principles to develop a rich application-focused curriculum, which can be offered as traditional instructor led classroom training or as a virtual instructor led training.

    In addition to promoting training attendance and selling our training services, the team also collaborates with customers to develop customer-specific training programs and ensures the successful coordination and delivery of our training classes.

      Professional ServicesThe Professional Services team takes great pride in delivering significant business value to customers by tackling complex and leading edge process industry challenges.

    You will work closely with our customers to help install, configure, deploy and support aspenONE software, in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations. We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction on every project.
