    • Aspen Nonlinear Controller is the fully nonlinear model-based controller engine used to keep the process at optimally determined setpoints and to optimally transition from one operating region to another. The easy-to-use graphical interface allows operators to visualize all key process operations in a single screen and efficiently manage and interact with the controller and transition manager.
    • Aspen Process Statistical Analyzer is an advanced modeling and data analysis tool that provides an environment for building and managing polymers controller projects. The workflow-oriented interface allows for building, analyzing, and deploying controllers within a single environment.
    • Aspen Inferential Qualities enables modeling and implementation of inferred product qualities, and makes it possible to implement linear or non-linear inferential sensors on-line. Inferential sensors are fundamental elements of many advanced process control systems. Key parameters (such as naphtha 95% point and polymer melt index) are often inferred rather than directly measured.  
    • Aspen Process Sequencer integrates operator actions with the advanced control system to help plant personnel implement complex recipe transition strategies. The solution provides for automation of best practices while reducing transition times and off-spec material losses. Aspen Process Sequencer includes recipe management features to create and store operating parameter sets for each product manufactured. It also provides an automated way to download a selected recipe into the control device to change the production line for a new product, while managing the complex interdependencies between various operating parameters.
